As a Golang Architect, shape the software architecture and future direction of our Go-based applications, leveraging your deep expertise in Go and system design. Your role focuses on creating scalable and efficient software architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading development teams to build innovative and effective solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

What you will do

- Architect comprehensive Go software solutions, incorporating best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the assessment and adoption of advanced Go frameworks and tools to enhance development capabilities.
- Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for Go development across the organization.
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership on complex Go projects, addressing challenging technical issues.
- Mentor and guide development teams in advanced Go techniques and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align Go development strategies with business objectives and technology trends.

What we are looking for

- 8+ years of experience with Golang.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
