REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Customer-centric mentality with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high volume call center
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and social personality
- Schedule flexibility
- Self- motivated individual
- Inbound call center experience (highly desired)
- Having a polite and proper behavior and language
- Must be fully fluent in English; bilingual is an added benefit
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing high call volume from inbound phone traffic
- Engaging with customers, listening and uncovering their needs while acting as an
advisor
- Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Responding to customer complaints and attempting to
resolve objections in accordance with established guidelines
- Multitasking and operating several applications at a time
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
