Partner Success Executive at BairesDev
The Partner Success Executive manages the relationship with our Senior Advisors?paid referral partners who commit to generating leads through introductions. The role is to ensure they achieve their lead goals through time management and execution of our process, all done through relationship building. You'll be responsible for nurturing these strategic partnerships and ensuring successful outcomes for both BairesDev and our referral partners.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the entire pre-sales conversion funnel, from converting Potential Partners into New Partners to managing the referral lifecycle until a Discovery Meeting is scheduled or a lead is created.
- Execute comprehensive partner account management strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Advisors to ensure successful lead generation.
- Propose process improvements where applicable to enhance partnership outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Account Management or Business Development roles in a similar environment to BairesDev.
- 1+ years of experience working in a sales/business development/account manager role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree from a US university.
- US market experience.
