We?re looking for inside sales representative to join our growing team! You?ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for closing deals.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

1. Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client?s needs are met

2. Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again

3. Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers

4. Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

Experience in selling IT services

-1+ year of sales experience

-Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process

-Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
