Operating in every state of the US, we have over 15 years experience as an industry leader. Geeks On Site has offices located in Managua, Nicaragua; Lima, Peru; and Medellin, Colombia. We are hiring Technicians that can assist with local help desk support, network administration and Remote Support to join our Managua Office.
Job Description:

- Providing first-level remote support for end-users.
- Installing, configuring and updating software programs, applications, and Operating Systems.
- Using specialized help desk support software to take control of end-users' computers to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Troubleshooting hardware, network issues, routers, wireless, and other networking devices.
- Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies.
- Backup and restore end user data files and systems.
- Configuring email accounts.
- Removing viruses and spyware, and installing antivirus programs.
- Data Severs knowledge.
- Asterisk and VoIP knowledge.
- Office based, Managua.

Skills & Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience providing tech support.
- In-depth knowledge and usage of Windows operating systems, Office suite; Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Networking.
- Intermediate level of English.
