Call Center Agent Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our Remote team. If you have a proven track record in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation, and you?re passionate about helping customers find logistics solutions that fit their business, we?d love to hear from you.
You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their transportation needs and offering our services as the ideal solution.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a minimum of 120 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Send targeted emails to supplement call outreach and maintain follow-up sequences.
Identify and understand the specific logistics or transportation needs of each potential client.
Present customized shipping solutions based on customer requirements.
Successfully onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with the on-site sales and operations teams.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales, and lead generation is required.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is a strong plus
Comfortable with high call volumes and remote work environments.
Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet home office setup, and a headset.
